Bernard Bettane, the Proprietor

Bernard Bettane is from Lyon, France - the world capital of gastronomy - and is a graduate of L'Ecole Hoteliere de Paris, the prestigious hotel & catering school of Paris, where he trained with world renowned chefs and professional Three Forks Restaurateurs.

Bernard gained extensive experience in leading Five Star hotels in the south of Europe, America and Israel, covering most facets of the hospitality industry.

He has also owned his own boutique hotel, restaurant and catering service in Lyon with his family.

Bernard has had wide Kashrut training and experience in France and Israel where he was been involved in many innovative projects. He is able to produce the best in Kosher foods by using his vast knowledge of the food industry combined with the principles of Kashrut.
