Fresh meat

In the Fresh Meat section our Butcher has fresh local meat and a variety of poultry and cold cuts from the Eastern States.

Our Shochet, the very experienced and well respected Rev. Avrom Krinsky, ensures we have supplies of fresh chicken, beef, veal and lamb - and our meat and poultry is always of premium quality.

Available in the cabinet is a wide range of regular and specialty cuts plus take-home-and-cook items. Marinated kebabs in Thai chilli sauce, Soy & honey chicken wings, beef or chicken stir fry, are just some examples and the menu changes daily. Also available are traditional favourites such as meatloaf, corned brisket, burgers, sausages etc.

Prepared meats & smallgoods

We stock a wide range of high quality cold cuts including old-fashioned Gluecksman's smallgoods, true South African Biltong & Boerwors and traditional chopped liver.

In addition we prepare on the premises cooked items such as BBQ chickens, chicken schnitzels & nuggets, meatballs in sauce, goulash, bolognese, curries, soups and other specialities.

To avoid waiting in the queue, it is always advisable to phone your orders through on 9271 1133 at least 24 hours in advance.
