Our bakery items are fresh and natural and made the old fashioned way on the premises. We do not use premixes.

(ie Calcium Propionate an anti moulding agent, used very frequently by bakery manufacturers which causes a myriad of health problems and behavioural symptoms).

Fresh handmade bagels are one of our most popular items.

Our authentic Boiled Bagels are baked through the day on the premises and are available in our bakery fresh out of the oven.

As our bagels sell fast, you can phone first so we can keep your bagels for you to avoid disappointment.

Our bagels are famous around Perth and have been featured on TV and written about in leading newspapers. Our Authentic Boiled Bagels can be found in many cafés, shops and growers' markets in the metropolitan area.
