The Kosher Food Centre is a mini supermarket stacked with traditional Jewish foods & groceries from around the globe, including a fresh gourmet Butcher, Bakery & Patisserie and Deli - the ultimate One Stop Kosher shopping experience.

We have a professional crew working behind the scenes to produce the tasty treats in our cabinets. Our friendly and experienced staff, who are also well known in the community, provide a haymishe and multicultural environment.

The Kosher Food Centre is renowned Australia-wide for its unique kosher boiled bagels which it also supplies wholesale to upmarket cafes, growers markets and supermarkets, Five Star hotels and selected food stores around the metroplolitan area.

Our famous bagels have been featured in leading newspapers and in the SBS television series, The Food Lover's Guide to Australia, along with our delicious Chanukah Doughnuts (Soufganiot).

The Kosher Food Centre also supplies breads, pastries, meat and groceries to many hotels - including the Sheraton, Hilton and Hyatt - and to selected caterers for their Kosher functions.

No checking kashrut lists. No schlepping from shop to shop to purchase your Kosher items. Everything is Kosher!

Bernard Bettane, the Proprietor

The Kosher Food Centre is run by Bernard Bettane along with his wife Ros and sometimes with the help of their two little children, Olivia and Chloe!

Bernard has an extensive background in the hospitality industry and is available to help you with your enquiries for your function. (You can see details of Bernard's background on the Trade and Catering Page).
